I
also use CytoGel during a race. For a 10km race, I take
one gel 15 minutes before the race and another gel at
6kms. For a 21km race, I take one gel at 3kms, and a
second gel at 10kms. This ensures that my body doesn’t
run on its own natural energy, but on extra energy, which
results in higher performance!
Besides the Energy boosters, I also use a USN multivitamin
on a daily basis to ensure I get all the necessary nutrition.
With this kind of training, it is very important to ensure
I get all the nutrition my body needs.
After a hard race, I use
