Recommended Use

• For a hypotonic solution, dissolve 2 heaped 25ml scoops (50g) in 750ml cool water.
• For an isotonic solution (recommended for latter parts of an event), dissolve 2 heaped 25ml scoops (50g) in 500ml water.
• Endurance sport: Take 150-200ml every 15-20 minutes during training and events (60min+).
• Start drinking 30-60 minutes prior to events, taking 2-3 sips every 10-15 minutes.
• Other sport: Take 200ml every 30 minutes during long sessions (90min+).
